En accord avec les principes de l’agriculture biologique, nous pratiquons une viticulture respectueuse de notre environnement et de nos sols, soucieux de la qualité de notre travail.
We are aware of the significance of our terroir: the land, the vines and the climate are the foundation of our work. In agreement with the organic agriculture principles, we practice a viticulture respecting our environment and our soils, always concerned about the quality of our work.
La main de l'Homme
Un Domaine abandonné jusqu’à l’arrivée de Jean-Louis et Céline Bouchard qui ont œuvré à la renaissance d’un grand vignoble familial. En maîtrisant la nature riche mais sauvage du domaine, ils ont permis à la vigne de s’enrichir et d’accéder à l’expression et l’équilibre propres aux grands vins composés en agriculture biologique.
The estate was left abandoned until the arrival of Jean-Louis and Céline Bouchard who worked to rebuild a great family vineyard. By mastering the rich but wild nature of the estate, they have allowed the vines to grow rich and to reach the proper expression and balance of the fine wines made in organic viticulture.
